01. Will I know when you’re coming?
Yes—routes are scheduled, and you’ll see reliable cadence. Weather shifts? We adjust quickly and keep you informed.
02. What if my lawn is overgrown at the first visit?
We’ll bring it back to standard at $1.50/min/worker so recurring visits stay quick and affordable.
03. Can I skip a mowing?
Absolutely—give us a heads up and we’ll adjust your route.
04. Can I cancel service?
Yes—you can cancel anytime on recurring plans, no contracts, no hassle.
04. How do payments work?
A card on file is required. All transactions include a card processing fee of 2.92% + $0.30. Cards are charged immediately after service is performed.
04. Do you haul away debris?
Yes—clippings (if you add that option), trimming waste, and leaf piles are removed as part of the booked service.
